Customized Medications for your unique needs! The Doctors Pharmacy offers this service to patients who wish to take their meds in alternative forms that are not usually available in commercially distributed drugs.
If you are having difficulty in taking your medicine, we can make your medicine easier to take:
Capsule
Some patients find capsules easier to swallow. Also, if you are taking 2 medicines at the same time, we might be able to turn those two drugs into one capsule.
Chewable
Some customers let us make chewable medicine in case there will be a time for them that water will be unavailable at the time they are scheduled to take their medicine.
Syrup
When tablets and capsules are either too big or too difficult to swallow for the patient, they prefer their medicine in syrup.
Tablets
We may be able to turn your prescription medicines into just one tablet.
Troches
Nerve endings are found at the back of the tongue. Through troches, medicine’s effects may be immediately felt.
Lollipops and candies
Children do not like the thought of drinking medicine. This is a sure way of masking the unpleasant tastes in their prescription meds.
Flavoring
Bitter tasting medicine is hard to take in. We can flavor your medicine depending on your choice.
